Pet Intermediate
Obedience & Agility Obstacle Combo Class
The Intermediate class is an excellent stepping stone to our rally, competition, CGN & speciality classes.. Here we strengthen and proof all the excercises you learnt in the beginner class. Your dog will be asked to perform these tasks, even under proofing and distracting situations that your instructor will guide you thru. In addition, we teach retrieve, hold and release of different objects as well as hand signals. We also continue to build confidence and fun with the sequencing of agility exercises. Off lead work during some of the above exercises will also be performed.
Pre-requisite for this course is one of our Beginner classes or equivalent. Dogs should have basic manners and obedience skills such as sit, down, stay & come.

TNT Training teaches using positive reinforcement and motivational methods. To help your dog understand what we are trying to teach them, we use food rewards. This method of teaching is proven to accelerate the learning process for dogs. The alternative to positive training, is to use compulsion and adversive methods and this type of training is not only old-fashioned and highly outdated, but also produces dogs that work out of fear and not because they “want” to. At TNT we want both yourselves AND your dogs to enjoy the learning and training process.
